To maintain I health and stamina.I will exercise early morning.I also practised food intake which contains vitamins c enough.Vitamin c required for the systhesis of collagen and the transports of fal to various part of the body.Vitamin c also involved in the metabolism of cholestrol for the bile acids.Vitamin c can prevent me incidence dificiency and choronic diseases.I very like top eat fruits and vegetables ,because source of Vitamin c.These include green papers,citrus fruits and juices,tomatoes,brocoli and other leafy and as well as sweet white potatoes.
Vitamin c should be consumed every day since it cannot be stored for later use.I hope all of you can take Vitamin c enough daily to maintain health.
